Since I changed back to regular sized picks (used jazz III before and I change every third year or so, between the two) I noticed a large improvement in my sweep picking, BUT... Yesterday I was sitting down and practicing on the arpeggio break in This Godless Endeavor (nevermore) and noticed that my guitar sound kept changing. I was touching the volume knob whenever I sweeped! Kept turning it down. It was pretty hilarious to see that, but now I have a bad habit I have to get rid off.

Hm...I wonder where you have your volume knob, I've never heard of anyone having this kinda problem :)
What I find much more funny is that you live in a town called Uppsala :D
(in germany it means something like "doh!")

I had a problem with picking at one point where I would accidently change pick-ups and volume. Now, I want to change pick-ups/volume, but i can't.

Nice to see another swed. here DracWell :D
padawan, Uppsala is pronounced Öppsala in swedish (ö as in öffnen). we use the expression "ops" (english pronounc. this time ;) ) as well.
I'm still going to call it "Ops-sala" from now on :D :D
woho! 10p to me for being a knowitall ;)
(which, as i happens, is called "besserwisser" in sweden, which is german for "knowing better" or "being someone who knows better" (?)

Talking about knowitalls...
I think I used to read the name of that town back in the 80s... I think at least one member of Europe is from the town ?

Eric almost right. Upplands-Väsby is the ”city" (rather a suburb to stockholm or something). Think all of them was from there, well maby kee wasn't from there.
