yet another n00b

Hi!

I'm Tim, and it's my goal to learn the guitar over the next years. A friend of mine reccomended this place. I've been reading some articles and you guys seem to know your stuff! Right now, i'm learning basic chord progression on my dad's acoustic, and i'm planning on buying my own guitar as soon as I can get enough money together.

Just wanted to let you guys know there's another nooobie in your midst, and I look forward to making this my new home for music!

For practice, i'm trying to play NMH's "In the Aeroplane Over The Sea"... couldn't think of a more simple song that I really like!

Also, i'm looking for a reccomendation for a starter acoustic guitar that'll last me a while. What do you guys think of the Seagull S6?
