When playing 3 note per string diatonic scale patterns in Triplets.....DECENDING (High E - Bottom E)
I have found if to start with all your fingers in place then you move 2 of them as you play each note and place them straight on the adjacent string then remove the last finger and so on it greatly improves the 'flow' - not sure how much of a success this will be in 4/4 time.
But you kinda get a different tone too which I quite like....
I think this must me some sort of 'Supportive Fingering' so I know I haven't like just discovered South America or anything !!!!! :p
It's worth a try and can be used on certain scales in a certain time. Sure feels alot more relaxed to me.
