Pretty much what it said in the heading, im interested in this specific artist and have no means of slowing his lines down to figure them out. I am really working hard at it though because i like this style of guitar and if anyone on here has any suggestions as to where i could look for help with these or if they can help me with them that would be great:D

Al's a really great guitarist. There are a few books by him on technique you order on the internet i.e. "Al di Meola, a guide to chords, scales and arpeggios". lterantely, there are a few power tabs of his more famous pieces on Ultimate Guitar i.e. "Flight over Rio" and "Mediterranean Sundance" which you could slow the tempo down for.

Yowch, Al Di is an incredible player... I too have tried to commit some time to transcribing his stuff.... the only song I made some headway in was 'Roller Jubilee' - which isn't really that characteristically hard. Still a fun kinda song.

I'd like to know how some people can hear and transcribe some of those trilly things he plays. Yowza.
