Last nite the first chunk of my practice sesh was strictly legato. I can hammer-on full scales fast as ****. When I pull off though, I'm concerned with the actual technique. I can pull off quickly and accurately when I just lift my fingers, but the volume isn't even with the initial picked note. When I pluck my fingers off the string, the volume is there but the accuracy isn't and neither is the tone if it's not on the 1st string. I can pull off pluck a 4 note pattern on the high D string but when I go to other strings sometimes I'm bending the string before pulling off. The volume is there, but not the accuracy in maintaining the same pitch or in the finger mechanics.
