Most people tell me that Fender's sound is not good for metal, I agree, since most metal guitarrists DON'T use a fender...
But here's the deal, I was thinking of getting a Fender, BUT using Active pickups for metal and trying to get a Texas Flood pickups for "clean" and non-metal songs...
Is that a good idea?
