Has anyone else on this board tried using one of these Dynaflex power balls (gyroscopic wrist exersior). It seems like it really is helping with my wrist pain and strengthning my vibratto and bending muscles.(and it is addictive!) Not sure if it helps with the picking yet, but I believe it will help me from being fatigued and lactic acid buildup. I learned about this from a friend that is a rock climber, he uses it for grip strength. I find that it really works the rotation muscles that are good for vibratto, which is the thing I find I have the most trouble with keeping relaxed. It also seems to stretch some muscles in my picking wrist that I have been having trouble getting loose.
In a few weeks after some time with this I will post an update on my pain and relaxation progress.

I got one a couple of months ago after they were mentioned here. Their website is very "infommercial" and that would probably have put me off without those recommendations.

I just use it for just five minutes or so before a session and it certainly burns the forearm muscles. Historically I've had some tension build up trouble with my fretting arm forearm muscles, including one bout of bowlers elbow tendonitis. While try to avoid the "grip of death", careful stretching and keeping in shape are all important the powerball seems to really help on top.

Top tip: if the plastic ends come off the string a trim and a coat of superglue fixes them up.

Could you guys post the link to their official website, because I keep coming up with search results for an amp head. Thanks.
