outside picking isnt really important?

this is trippin me out - i always knew only inside even # of notes per string or only sweeping odd # of notes per string both are easier ways to shred with less time per day but i always thought it is impossible to mix even and odd without outside string changes but then i started picking a harmonic minor scale 3 notes on low e, 4 notes on a.........343434 starting every string with a downstroke and it got goin really fast and i was shocked cuz i thought that is impossible so i thought they said sweep picking is impossible too so i got fast with some yngwie licks where you use alot of inside but every time you would use outside you sweep instead but it dosent always work. you might get good at it or it might be that you can play almost as many phrases as alternate but still not as fully proficient cuz alternate is simpler for the noodle to whip out really fast.

actually i think sweeping...............is a great technique but it should be illegalized cuz alternate is best really and it is a distraction...........maybe you can all bow to me in about 3-6 months. im super good at sweeping but with alt im about in between yngwies speed on "the genesis" and steeler. faster than his early demos but I could not keep up with every lick on steeler. yngwie will f^&*^&* kill you if you buy his early demos from anyone but him.
