Just wanted to tell y'all about Jason Beckers song Air, great piece of training for your alternate picking. there's some pretty sick 16-note triplet arpeggios that your right hand will just love!

I think he sweeps those but Im not sure. You can make them easier for alt pickin if you change the fingerings to mostly 2 notes per string and skip strings. The first song on that cd i think is one of the best instrumentals ever made.
