Hahahaha! :)
Powertab and guitarpro open, so instead of wrting ideas on paper, better tab them right away so I can hear the thing with no performance error, add some drums and jam over MY ideas.

guitar, picks etc but i also need to be in my room!
ha i used to only play the guitar whilst stoned, until i realised how much it f'ked up my hands... i wouldn't recommend it if u want to avoid frustration and pain but at the same time it does enormously enhance my musical appreciation and creativity.

1) Time ( 5 minute to 2 hours will do)
2) My music stand
3) Something to put on that music stand
Since we're only allowed 3 things, we'll just have to figure that I've already got a guitar handy.
