Can you give me some tips, what I need to do to improve(phrasing, rhytm, vibrato, etc..), because I'm kind of stuck with my "signature" chops, and I want improve my playing..

Welcome! Good attempt on your improv!
I would suggest maybe that you work on bending into pitch. Try this, it helped me a lot. Play a note on a string, and then go down two frets and bend up to that pitch. Once you get used to it, it will come easier.
To get out of the boxes, try learning your pentatonic scales in different positions so you can connect them over the neck. As I tell my students always, remember where the root, third, and 5ths are in every scale you learn. Once you know your target notes, you can better create phrases that sound complete and resolved.

Can't see youtube at work but if memory serves the original solo from CN, Gilmour uses major pent and major triad arps combines. If you're not doing so, try to get some arpeggio related melody woven into your pent licks.

Thanks for your comments!:)
Now there's at least few things to concentrate when I'm playing..
If you guys have something more to say about my solo, just tell me because there's always room for improvement..
