I've been trying to work on my tapping skills lately, but I'm having trouble finding some stuff besides simple 1-string van-halen type stuff. so I thought it would make a cool thread if everybody here could post some tab of their favorite tapping licks, wether they be self-written or barrowed from someone else.

Search "in articles" for Eric's "Greg Howe" profile. Great tapping ideas...

Get a Stanley Jordan album, listen to T.J. Helmerich, Steve Lynch, Jenniffer Batten, and if that don't scare ya nothing will.
ps. Experiment yourself with the technique, find useful patterns and mess with them.

The guitarist Michael Romeo is awesome. In almost every of his solos he plays taping with string skiping etc...

Here is the lick I was trying to post.
Since I had a former student come over and want me to teach this to him I had to study it closley to slow it down and show him, so I tabbed it out explicitly.
I read once where Reb Beach does this kind of thing (leading on the next string with the ring finger) I kind of thougt Vito Bratta did this too. It is based on the Dom7 add 11 arpeggio (Minor pentatonic with M3 replacing m3).
The First note is pulled of from the 16 fret on the high E, without sounding the G#.
