I'm currently working on my 3rd CD now and was wondering if anyone could offer their constructive criticism on my previous two works that can be found at www.mp3.com/brokenasdesigned. Thanks a million!!

Hi George,
I listened to all of your tunes - some quite nice ideas ya got there. I gotta mention that it's not really my style of music :D but the first thing that struck me is the singer. Is that you? I think it would be highly beneficial for the entire sound if the voice would be more charismatic, stronger, more convincing ... this is something I would look into for your new production.
Just my thoughts .... ;)

Hi George
I can hear a younger Ozzy Osbourne in there ;-) I think the voice suits the style of music and I like the overall result. I can see what guni means, if there was a bit more 'expression' or 'punch' in the voice this might be good... I'm not really qualified to comment technically tho, but I think you're onto a good thing there.

The production quality seem to be an issue. At least on my system the bass and drums are badly distorted. I would suggest re-mastering this with some compression and limiting, to get the overall mix a bit better and to get the tracks more consistent with each other. If you are really going for the "Ozzy Clone " sound I would suggest a little chorus on the lead vocal, you might consider re-singing this on several tracks and mixing them together to fatten them up.
