So far I've seen the Samson Airline AG1 Guitar/Bass Wireless and the Sennheiser EW172 100 Series Wireless Guitar/Bass System. I don't know which is better or if there's any better ones out there. The bass player in my band has two Carvin wireless units, one for each bass. He likes them very much. He's used them at gigs all summer and I haven't noticed any problems.
I have an old Nady 101. It's not true diversity so I can't use it at gigs.

Iīve been using the Samson Airline for a while now and itīs really good. No drop outs and it sounds natural, plus itīs fairly easy to use.
If youīre heading for the big stage you should think about getting a true diversity system though.

It's just two different frequencies (two antennas, too!) in one box. The unit will use whichever signal is stronger at a given moment in time. It minimizes drop-out.
Marketing guys always come up with fancy names...;)
