hey everybody!

since month i'm surfing the web looking for tabs or any other information about greg christian - the guitar player of the 80s speed/thrash metal band toxik.

this guy played the hottest stuff back then!
a bit like Ronnie leTekro but not so tame :-)

anyone remember him or has transcribed some of his stuff?
i only have this 15 year old tape and its hard to hear anything he does exactly..

thanks for any kind of help..

Yup, he's still playing. We almost did a Toxik reunion a couple years ago but the logitstics of pulling it off was too much. We all live very far apart now.

I just got an email from him with a sample of his newest CD artwork. What he does now-a-days is very, very different from the Toxik days. It's pretty much mainstream pop.

You can reach him @ jc@oddpopmusic.com

thanks for replying brian!!
are you still playing as well? i guess taste and style change within the years as a sign of still being interessted in music and progression. some change from metal to jazz or pop, some from hip r'n'b to nu metal. ...

We're all just getting old :(

I still play, have done all sorts of albums since Toxik. Metal, pop, Jazz/fusion, Alternative, R&B, heck, I even did a country album once (yuk!!).

Anyway, thanks for writing.. It's always amazing to me that some people still remember Toxik 17 years later...
