Pretty nice...
I'd make the rythym guitar quieter and bring up the riff. If you get more done post it.

What does this have to do with Satch?
Why are you asking if it is too Cliche'?
Is this a rip off of something?
Are you going to make this into a song or tune or something?
It sound unfinished. Is there more?
My opinion is that it needs more of something. This is a germinal idea, now do something with it.
It sounds like you actually changed it in one spot (I am not sure if that was intentional or not).

man, dont be so harsh.. he said it was an intro so obviously theres more.
its an original 'in the style of' satch NOT a rip off, and a rip off would be a cliché.
anyway, i think its a cool idea, but maybe it could do with a few variations on the riff. should be some cool foundations to build on though :)

I wasn't implying this was a ripoff, because if it was I didn't recognize it, but I am not sure what this has to do with Satch.
I thought he was implying that he lifted it from some Satch thing (maybe I haven 't heard yet).
It is just a few notes, so what does the rest sound like or is this all there is right now?
I had not intention of being "harsh".
