View Full Version : New Practice Track on my site...

Greetings! I put together this cool jam track for my guitar students to practice their C major scale to. It has a cool electronic vibe and I've been having fun, blasting guitar riffs over it. I put it together in Logic, so any advice on mix would be cool too.

The tune is here http://www.keith-moore.net/music/jam/jam.html

No catch, no spam, etc. But you could check out tracks on my CD if you want. ;)

A little to techno for my taste, but I liked jammin with phrygian jam and the journey jam track you got there :)

Far out, someone actually went to listen. :)

I just got this cool sample CD loaded with Steve Smith (Vital Information drummer) drum grooves and its been inspiring all kinds of ideas. I put one up on the jam tracks section of my site. Nice & simple, bass & drums--no techno stuff like some of my other tracks...students are starting to complain I have an 80s agenda. Check them out, offer any advice on the mix. Need to get one of those Sansamp things to get the bass tone.
