Okay guys here's the deal - when it comes to solos, I am not adept. That's the nicest possible way I can write it down.

I would love to play so many solos, and I have about 1/2 - 3/4 of the speed required for many of the ones I wanna play (sometimes its a lot less - like 10%!!! on some insane ones)

If there is ANYONE who is good at tabbing solos, and wouldn't mind helping me out, with any of the following (which are only 3 of my most favourite solos) , I would be much obliged!

God Forbid - Force-Fed (2nd solo - starts at 2:34)
God Forbid - Living Nightmare (solo starts 2:56)
*** both off the 2004 release 'Gone Forever ***

Chimaira - Eyes of a Criminal (solo starts 2:50)
*** off of the 2003 release 'The Impossibility of Reason ***

What techniques do these solos use ? What is a good way to practice them ?

Help would be much appreciated... and if you can tab one / 2 / all of them out for me - I will .... so thanks a lot !

Thanks

Ya know, those songs are only a glimpse into what I prefer to call 'my kind of music'... I'm all for different genres, but when it comes to my all time preference, it's all things metal. I've always had a soft spot for ***-whipping metal. All bands like Chimaira, Slayer, God Forbid, Lamb of God, Pantera, Sepultura, and the more 'prog-rock' type outings, like A Perfect Circle, Tool, Dream Theatre, Opeth (which I guess is way more death-metalish than it is prog-rock)... that sort of thing.
