Hey,
I just want to know all of the technical stuff about when you put a TV remote to your pickups and mash the buttons. Also any other technical stuff about making weird noises would be helpful.

Hey, i made a post about this type stuff a while back but noone really answered. You can used remotes and phones to make strang noises. Also take an altoids box and put it on top of the strings over the pickup and talk into it and the pickups will pickup your voice and put it through the amp. I'v also gotten sound off a stereo to go thorough into the amp and whenever a a disk is being read in a stereo and makes that strange noise, it picks that up. I use to know alot of stuff...hm...Thats all i can think of for now. Anything that sends out pulses or electrical signals or high pitched tones or vibrations, try it on a pickup and see what you can do.
Oh, you wanted to know why it did that also. Basically cause of the singnals the remote sends out. If you have one that has "Sat. Tv. VRC" settings on it, if you change it to different ones and try buttons they will make different noises cause of the frequencies and patterns those certain things read.

The remote basically interrupts the magnetic field of the pickups, inducing a current and ultimately noise.
