Ok, i'v seen this on Yngwie's guitars and i know it doesnt help you play faster or any of that stuff but instead makes it harder. If i bought a cheap neck and got it scalloped or got scalloped frets on one of my guitar, when i played with it for a long time, what exactly would it improve. Im pretty sure my fingers would get more raw faster but would it help strengthening fingers and then when i go back to useing normal frets i'd in a sence be able to play much faster? Im just really interested in these scallopped frets so any info is welcome. Thanks!

It actually makes you play with less pressure after a while.
For the first few months you will press real hard trying to feel the fretboard. But after a while you realize no matter how hard you press you aren't going to reach it, so you relax and play with a lighter touch. The main thing it helps is vibratto.

I've heard many things about scalloped frets. They are not so bad, I've played on a guitar with scalloped frets before. It felt weird, but i think it takes some time to get used to. I wouldnt mind having one, but i wouldnt do the whole neck, maybe the 12th fret and up but that's not something i wanna worry about right now.

OH i see now. I forgot you dont pres a string against the board to get the sound, its the metal things. Jeeze that would be kinda easier once you got use to it. I'd be interested in trying it out...

Thats actually called the fretboard, and the metal things are refered to as frets or if you get too technical fret wire. When talking guitar you would refer to the spaces as the 3rd or 24th fret. Still i gotta admit your post got me thinking about it :)
