Well, Some stuff with hard tapping would be buckethead. He uses all 4 fingers most of the time. If you want a buckethead song with good tapping try "Jump man" from monsters and robots.

As far as tapping goes there's a whole world of really awesome tappers. It's really hard to name one. I name a few out there and give some powertab examples of certain ones. I don't have them all. I would say some of the greatest tappers out there are Fredrik Thordendal of Meshuggah, Allan Holdsworth, Steve Vai, Buckethead, and Shawn Lane. I suggest you really try to get your hands on some Buckethead. The others are really awesome tappers but Buckethead IMO is better. Let's put it this way...he uses 8 fingers to tap. His four fret fingers and his four pick fingers. If you want a crazy tapper he's the one.I have only attached two PTB files. One is a solo done by Fredrik and the other is a Buckethead lesson I pulled from the powertab archives. I personally haven't tried to tab a buckethead song. I'm sure it's quite a task. Though Allan Holdsworth would be worse...lol...

Ok, nevermind what I said before. The best tapper I've seen so far is Adam Fulara. He's pretty awesome. I would recommend going to http://adam.fulara.com/ and checking out some of his videos. More specifically his videos of Bach. It's pretty crazy.
