Finger stiffness...?

When I woke up today my fingers felt very stiff and now when I try to play my fingers are slow and stiff. They arent cold or anything but its like something happened overnight or i did something overnight? I dont know but al lI know is yesturday I could play a lot faster than today...

It happens sometimes, don't worry. Did you do a really hard days work the day before? I remember for weeks when I got up in the morning I couldn't move my fingers and they felt painful. It has gone away now though, the muscles in my hand have gotten used to the work or whatever.

SOmetimes after lots of playing muscles swell just like any other muscle in your body, might that be the case?
