'fraid not. you can only have text or links in your sig, pictures and stuff clutter up all the threads IMO.
you can have a pic underneath your screen name and they've put a space for a slightly larger pic on the member profiles now too :)

Yup Steve, this was discussed not too long ago and the final desicion was not to allow it.
