harmonics

whats the difference between natural artificial and tapped harmonics? I've seen em a lot in powertab and im wondering

my shot recheck with the experts

natural: harmonics played with left hand. being natural they have to be played on 4,5,7,12,24 mainly and a couple others which i never remember (over fretboard, left hand)


artificial: right hand, retreat pick in and touch string with thumb over pickup areas releasing a squel , there are quite number i identified around 3 on my strat i think there are more.

tapping: same as natural but with right hand over fretboard instead of left(allowing more musical flexibility)

my 2c, i might be wrong so wait for other posts
