I attahced the file. Starting at MEASURE 107, would you use you rindex to bar the 12th fret or no? I'm thinking no right now, due to making the bend harder, but it'd also save some left hand movement. What do u think?

Yes, sort of. I would bar after the first B string bend. Then release pressure when it repeats.

It's important to learn these type of licks (and a bazillion variations) and play them with a metronome. That is what determines the technique. If I hit a speed barrier, I analyze and change whatever is blocking progress.
