An Evening with Joe Satriani

:D satch is coming to Australia and i can hardly wait. ill get to see him on Thu 17 Mar 2005 8:00pm and its a 3 hour concert. satch hasent played here since 1996!( long b4 i played guitar). im going with two of my guitar buddies and it should be awesome. Satch is playing lots of shows around Australia but 2 in sydney, one already sold out. the venue is a nice smallish intimate place, so ill be real close to joe. ill just be staring at his fretboard the whole time in awe of his playing. lol. im excited now, can hardly wait. have any of you guys seen the man play live, in real life?
im seriously thinking of buying a JS Ibanez aswell, there awesome guitars.

I saw him play at the House of Blues in Chicago in August. It was one of the greatest nights of my life. The HOB is a pretty small venue, so I was about four or five rows away from him. I even got the pick he used to play Flying in a Blue Dream. I'm sure you'll have a great time when you see him, but make sure the floor around you is clean, because your jaw will probably hit it really hard.
