alternate picking exercises

Hallo everybody

My name is Rafal. I am Polish .Since I am the new one on this forum I would like to say hallo to you all. I learn English as a second language so please be patient for I make mistakes very often.
I would like to ask you for help. Do you know any websites that contain exercises on alternate picking ? I would like to improve my picking skills so that's why I need some interesting exercises to copy from internet. If you have any ideas or know sources of good picking exercises, please write reply to me.
I have already rock discipline by petrucci .

Do you know any websites that concentrate particularly on alternate picking and technical skills as far as playing the guitar ? If yes, please, let me know. Well, I don't know ibreathemusic in detailed way so may by here I could find something interesting. Please, let me know if you have any information I need.
regards
rafal

Click on articles in the top left corner, and then check out picking in the left menu.
Check out the entire "The art of picking" series by EricV. This will keep you busy for the next couple of months :).
