Does anyone know whether Wylde and Rhoads use main bridge or neck pickups for lead/rhthym playing?

in the live at the budokhan video Zakk uses both his neck and bridge quite often, and Rhandy was a very talented player also so i would assume he used both alot also.

You can usually tell when they are using a certain pickup.
If it is bright and a bit more crunchy then it it probably a bridge pickup.
If it is a bit more dark and smooth then it is probably the neck pickup.
I'm pretty sure that they use the bridge pickup exclusively for rhythm parts.

You guys need to listen to the songs you want to play and decide for your self what pickup you need to use on you guitar to try to emulate the sound you hear. It will get less difficult before too long. The pickup selection is likely to be the least of your worries. The most likely problem is going to be actually executing the phrases cleanly. If you have to figure it out for yourself it may be very difficult. I suggest finding good tab for the stuff you want to play and then studying the tab and the music to decide what in the tab needs to change for you to be able to execute the stuff or what needs to change just because it is wrong. A lot of tab is wrong!
