The immigrant song is pretty easy until you get to the solo. And although it's not classic rock (yet) come as you are is pretty easy.

Are we thinking of the same Immigrant Song - the first track on Zeppelin III? I can't say that I've ever noticed a solo in it. Maybe you are listening to a live version?

Yea, the live version is the only one i losten too. I could have sworn there was a solo in the end of LZIII as well.

"wish you were here" Pink Floyd. Easy solo and chords...

almost anythign by The Beatles....Dispatch.......good acoustic band not classic rock but awsome..!...For some technical and fun songs try opeth, they have some good riffs and fills.
