Hi, I'm "TAKEHIRO" from Japan.
I moved from guitar4u.com.
Can I download new lessons by PDF format?(like G4U)
It's easy to print out and to read.
(English is not my native language, so,
it takes a lot of time to read lessons)
Well,I'm really enjoying your educational sight ,
and I 'd like to say "thank you" to GUNI ,and all the
G4U editors. Because,I've learned a lot !
Hi Takehiro.
Well, there were some major drawbacks with the pdf files. One of them is that it isn't as easy to keep content updated and to easily react to visitor requests. We have thus decided to offer HTML versions instead, which will make things a lot more flexible.
We do provide the print feature of every article on top of the page, which will hopefully enable you to work with the articles the way you are used to.
Thanks for the feedback.

Definitely !!
In my case I wanna re-write all theory articles and will try to make 'em even better...
Wow, I'm quite surprised that the first posts are about pdf, and that you will miss them. Actually, I did receive a lot of negative email from people complaining that the articles are only available in pdf format.
Now, this brings me to the idea that it actually would not be a huge problem to implement a feature that creates the articles into pdf on the fly. I promise I'll look into this.
Thanks for the input.

Hi TaikaJim,
I agree to what Gunharth said. I´m gonna be away for a week or so, but I will look into my articles for Guitar4U and redo / update them in the near future, just like I did with the article about sweep-picking...
Oh, and welcome @ Ibreathe-Music ;)
Warm regards

Stupid old me didnt see this text in the mainpage
"If you have arrived here via Guitar4u let me assure you that most of the existing G4u content will be repackaged or rewritten for the new site. "
I guess i should use my eyes once in a while. Anyways, keep up the good work guys!!
np TaikaJim,
This is a big issue for us too.
Thx,
Guni
Hi all,
Instead of working on re-editing/and putting in new content (yep, yep, i do feel bad about this) I was doing some major PDF- ing today. First test went well and you can expect to see this feature included on the site soon. Thought, I let ya know as there seems to be a real demand for it.
Later,
Guni
Hi all,
I though I keep you updated about the PDF topic. At the moment we are having some major problems with creating on - the - fly pdf files of the articles (actually it's the images that throw us up).
I did jump a bit ahead in saying that you can expect this feature on the site soon. Sorry for this. We have to take some time with developing such a feature in a proper way (and at the moment I am a bit sceptical if and how we can make this work as we do not have the same setup for every article). I do hope that this isn't too much of a drawback for you.
In the meanwhile you could make use of Adobe's web capture PDF creation feature. I am sure there are also some other services out there.
Kind regards,
Guni
