i know the shapes very well
but can someone complete the list for me
i dont know their names very well

mixolydian, locrian, lydian,dorian aolian

i know the names but not where they fit

my guess is this though

1 Ionian
2 dorian
3 Phyrgian
4 lydian
5 mixolydian
6 aolian
7 locrian


am i close?

Yep, that's right.

1 Ionian (aka Major Scale)
2 Dorian
3 Phyrgian
4 Lydian
5 Mixolydian
6 Aeolian (aka Minor Scale)
7 Locrian

Only thing wrong was the spelling of Aeolian (missed out the E)
