I WAS GIVEN A BLANK KEYBOARD AND I WAS ASKED TO FIND THE SHARPS, FLATS, DOUBLE FLATS AND DOUBLE SHARPS. CAN ANY ONE EXPLAIN THIS TO ME??
EXAMPLE: THE "D" CHORD IS SUPPOSE TO BE Ebb, D, AND Cx (HOW DID THEY GET THIS?)

I don't think they mean chords here, they mean notes.
D = Ebb = C##
They are enharmonic equivalents, they are the same note.
For example let's take D and move it up in half steps:
D D# E yes?
Or we could simply say D D# D##.
D## = E
So take E and mopve it down in half steps
E Eb D
Or E Eb Ebb
And C up in half steps C C# C##
Both ways here we arrive at the same note but just have different names for it Ebb D and C##
Hope that helps.
