I'm wrapping up a solo with a 2 guitar harmony type thing and I've not done this before. Can someone help me fill in the blanks??? Much appreciated.

e---------------------------------8--7--8--10-11--10--11---13---15------
b---------------3--4--3--4--6--------------------------------------------
g---5--4---5--------------------------------------------------------------

e---------------------------------?--?--?--?---?---8----7----8----10-----
b---------------?--?--?--?--?---------------------------------------------
g---2--0---2--------------------------------------------------------------

Its a C Harmonic Minor scale and its being played over a G, D#,A#,F progression. Its seems strange, but sounds good except for the notes marked with a "?"

Your chord ptogression is not following a C Harmonic Minor scale. This makes the harmonizing difficult. I had to guess where the chords are played and the rhythm of the lead. Anyway, I've attached an example of how I would approach this. Write the chord progression and the first lead, and work on what works for the second lead (harmonized lead).

Write the chord progression and the first lead, and work on what works for the second lead (harmonized lead).I forgot to say that the harmonized lead has to relate to both the chords and the lead guitar line. Hence, analysing is easiest in e.g. the power-tab program with pre-written chord and lead lines.
You also should try variations to the parallel harmonized guitars, like counterpoint etc.
