Which song is this Vai lick from?

I got a guitar lesson the other day from a guy who showed me some cool Vai and Gilbert licks...I'm trying to find out what song this one Vai lick is from. I'll attach the powertab. I probably don't have the rhythm exact, but you'll get the idea. You only have to use your pick for the beginning sweep, and then the rest is all legato...Thanks!

Dang, it rings a bell, but I am not 100% sure... I know it well and I hear the original in my mind. I would have to listen back to Passion & Warfare, but I am pretty sure it´s from "Erotic Nightmares"...

On second thought, you might also wanna check out the song "Answers", as that could be the song this lick was taken from as well...

I am 90% sure that it is from Erotic Nightmares either that or Giant Balls of Gold (I heard something like that in the live version of the song in the "Live in Astoria" DVD). I guess on the improvised sections of solos Steve likes to recycle his licks.

Just listened to EN. Sounds like it happens at 00:29 - 00:31, but there seems to be more notes at the end of the lick.
