Question on Minor/Flat

I see in the image of the C Minor scale (from http://www.power-chord.com/gaff/mapper/) Eb is minor third, and Ab and Bb are the flat 6th and 7th. Dumb question but on GAFF it shows Eb (m3), so shouldnt Ab and Bb be.. Ab (m6) Bb (m7) or is it that they are but GAFF doesnt show it? Its just confusing to me.

b6 = minor 6th
b7 = minor 7th

So you are right in that the naming convention is not consistent. If you look at the way they display a chromatic scale, they use b2 b5 b6 and b7 but m3. The notes are right though.
