It's pretty good, I'd turn down the volume on the delay. It distracted me a little bit, particularly in the beginning. Hahaha, the thing at 1:58 really sticks out and is an obvious overdub. Maybe turn it down or have it fade out a little sooner. I got bored at like 2:30, maybe have that cool bridge come sooner. The ending was nice.

The guitar playing is good, but I think you should really work on that backing track. Have it build up with you at the end.
