I am currently composing a piece for a Kemetic Order in Portugal which will bring together ancient Egyptian sacred music with modern sounds.

An objective example of an occult use of music would be anything composed using the major scale as a basis during the years after the Church decreed it as "the lustful mode" and decided that all music should be based on the minor scale. But that only affected ecumenical music. Nevertheless, by virtue of being hidden codification it would qualify as occult music. But I suspect that Light of the Morning Star is referring to something else entirely.
