Where can I learn guitar online for free?

    Hi, everyone.

I have been a member of iBreathMusic.com for a while, I really like this website. With many good articles and the forum, I learned a lot.

And this is my first post here, I wanna ask you guyes about where I can learn guitar online besides this site. Because I am a Chinese, and here in China it`s very hard for me to find good guitar teachers or even books. So I can only learn by myself. Thanks to the all-mighty internet, I can now access many guitar materials now.

I have learned guitar for several years, basicly solo guitar. But now I find myself fond of rhythm guitar more and more, especially funk style. I have been searching for the web for a long time, but it seems that most of the guitar sites are about solo guitar(Here there are several good articles, but not enough for me). So anyone here could tell me where I can learn it online, any websites for recommendation(of course they should be for free)?

Please help me, thank you in advance.

I've heard that wholenote.com has some good lessons on it, but I haven't really checked it out too much.

Maybe there are some funk-masters in the ibreathe community that can offer some advice on rhythm guitar!

If you are interested in rhythem guitar I suggest you learn basics like proper counting and note reading (rhythm exercises).
The following article address these concepts.
