It was a long time ago but here's some things I recall:

4 3 2 1 x x
2 3 4 5 x x
5 4 3 2 x x
ect ect continuing further up the neck, start higher up if needed. (this is a Joe Satriani warm up routine)
And also changing fingerings on any other things I would play to include my 4th finger.
Borge, thank youuu...
Cool idea..Iíll have to incorporate this into my current guitar practice time.
After a month of practice, I can do it. Finally! ^_^
But there's still a little problem. If I put 4th finger first then the 1st finger, all notes sound clean. If I play it the other way around (for arpeggio), notes E and A sound bad. :'(
