Do you mean, by any chance, finger-tapping on the fretboard like Eddie Van Halen and everybody else after him? Or are you talking about playing keyboards?

I guess I'm wondering if something has been lost in translation.

Hey Guitarperson, yup Buckethead is just crazy. But i do think jose was referring to actual piano playing, not tapping, but i might be wrong. So please enlighten us Jose!

Well, I was referring to actual piano playing , but I think you're right about the relations between piano playing and tapping (the great sounds you can get with some experimention )
