    need help choosing Chord.

    My Chord Progression is:

    || Emin7 | D | G7 | G#7 A | Bmin7 | XXX | G7 | G#7 A ||

    Or
    || ii7 | I | IV7 | IV#7 V | vi7 | XXX | IV7 | IV#7 V |

    I need to chose an XXX chord. I dunno wether i should use Emin or F#min (ii or iii)

    I think both of them sound nice, but I can't choose. I was thinking of swapping them every other time, but I don't think it will work.

    Don't mind the 'til Anker' part.
    #1 is using E minor
    and #2 is using F# minor as the XXX chord

    Well vi's like to work their way back to the tonic by going through one of the predominants - ii or IV. As the next chord is a IV I'd say let it be another IV or try a ii and see what you think.

    And speaking about leading back to the tonic --- Think about adding the tonic to end your phrase/verse/whatever.

    Im gonna try the first one.

    About going back to the tonic, i don't really think it fits the mood, and other than that, it's a total clich
