Hey there,
This sounds pretty good, I think it has potential. I could definitely hear some other parts. It's a bit difficult to really tell though, since it's so short now. Do you have any plans to expand it? Turn it into a full song or something? It would be interesting if we could hear a bit more... but what's here sounds good so far! Keep it up!

Garageband huh...never heard of it. It sounds nice though so I'll have to check it out. Can't wait to hear some more...

I like it a lot, and especially the rhythm. Does anyone else find it unbalanced L-to-R? I'm hearing very little R channel signal compared to L channel. I couldn't help but feel a little Neil Young tone in there, which I think is always cool.

Hey Shane how do you get suck a loud sound when recording with Garageband? When I record you can barely hear my guitar and if I use the effects built into garageband it sounds like crap.

Go to system preferences, and select "Sound". In input, you can set the input device and the input volume. Turn that up. As for effects, what are you using to get your guitar into your mac?
