New Reggae Song - Tell me what you think!!!!

Hey Everyone, long time since I posted anything.

Last weekend I went into the studio with a friend and recorded solos on a song called Freedom.

the band is Afro- Musica, an African world beat music based in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

The song is on my website with permission from the band. The album is coming out this summer.

No blazing solos but I am proud of the bluesy outro solos.

    Tell me what you think.

    Its the first song.

    Thanks

I think that the song is cool. I like the outro solo, fits great sounds great and that's what counts.

I like that intro or pickup riff, I cant think of the song but it reminds me of an allman brothers band type guitar part. I dig the song and its message. The melody riff in the middle of the song fits realy nice and reminds me of the kind of guitar parts the lead guitarist from Bob Marley and the Wailers played. Cool Song and guitar playing! - Yan

    Thanks guys, very appreciated.

I'm trying to get the band to do some neo-classical stuff, we'll see how that goes
